    Unless you want your kids to end up worse than Forest Gump, I suggest you go somewhere else... Also, the staff members have terrible senses of humor! One teacher may think your joke is funny, but another might accuse you of making a terroristic threat and get you sent to jail. The security at the school also sucks. You can open most of the doors with a pen, yet they complain when someone happens to walk in like it's nothing. Would not recommend this school for anyone. Unless you're in some form of athletic program, the school doesn't give a damn about you.

    I too have been to many different high schools in many different states, this school has the worst system of all. Teachers here pick favorites, and when we say favorites, we mean every aspect, weather it's in sports, classrooms, or even outside of school. Specific students are blamed for every single happening that goes on here and the people who actually did it don't get punished because of who their families are. This school is a joke. The food is terrible, we get grilled cheese in a bag thats soggy and impossible to eat, " personal pan pizza" thats just some hard dough with sause and cheese, and the " cheese nachos " are nachos with hamburger meat and shredded cheese in a cup. Not to mention there's mold growing all over the place, the custodians use the same water they clean the floor with to clean he tables ( no really, they use a actual mop to clean off the surface we eat from. ) And the teachers aren't here for you, they're here to get paid and get out, only a couple teachers here actually care about teaching you anything besides how to survive if you're planning on carrying on the family tradition of living in Jefferson for the rest of your life. Do your kids a favor and take them somewhere else, hell even homeschooling them would be better than this place.
